YPeople Session on avoiding Procrastination
This is the second of three mindfulness sessions being held by YPeople at Orkney College on 3rd May at midday.
This session focuses on avoiding procrastination, and in staying in the moment day to day.
It would be of particular use to students with exams in the not too distant future.
