A master of all things sweet, Ingrid Groat will guide you through the steps to make some perfect pancakes, right here in our student kitchen. Ingrid is our lecturer, who was also an Orkney College student 25 years ago! A master of all things sweet, you will develop your patisserie skills to the next level with Ingrid, who offers excellent training to prepare students for industry.
