PDA in Professional Cookery helps serve up some creative flair for Eddie
Eddie Brown - Orkney College UHI student and Chef at The Foveran, Orkney:
"I started the PDA in Professional Cookery in September 2017. The course is part-time and it allows me to carry on with my full-time job as a chef at Foveran. I had previously completed courses at the Hospitality Department at Orkney College UHI. This course is part of the HNC in Professional Cookery. I feel the course will teach me how to manage and train new people who come into industry. Hopefully I can pass on some of my learning experiences. The cookery class has also helped me with new modern ideas on how to present foods."
