SVQ In Professional Cookery At SCQF Level 6
What is special about this course?
This course is designed to prepare any budding chef with all the basic skills and knowledge required for becoming a Commis Chef in the hospitality industry. You also develop confidence and skills in working in our training kitchen producing food for the Overblikk restaurant.
Entry requirements
NC in Professional Cookery or
4 National 4 Certificates at 3/4, one of which should be English.
And/or
Relevant experience
Other qualifications may be considered.
